Dale really gives you that one on one and the time that most places do not care to give you. I leave there understanding more and more each year. If any questions I have before I go in aren't answered by the end of filing then Dale is always happy to not just answer, but really explain whatever it is. He goes above and beyond to make sure that before we are done that I am happy, I understand, and that there isn't anything else I need.
