"This place is a joke, they messed up our taxes and then act like it’s not their fault. However we provided them with the correct information. Then they had us come in to sign the paperwork. Surprise for some reason we got way less back than they said. So I dug and found that they submitted the incorrect social for my son. So now we had our taxes amended and that was back in April, still have received our refund all because they messed up a number. And when we call to see what info they have for us they tell us to call the irs which obviously is a very easy task. Do not go here if you want you refund done correctly."

"This place sucks!! I will just do them on my own from now on- would have gotten more money back myself and have gotten my money already. My fault for being lazy. Liz did my return and didn’t give me every dime back on my return as they promise they can. Took 3 weeks for her to touch my paperwork… one week after they said they’d start them. Had to call several times and babysit. Making sure they didn’t have any further questions for me or not. Of course when I do call I get an “oh yeah I did have some questions …” Completely unprofessional. NEVER AGAIN 0/5 ⭐️ don’t waste your money on these clowns."
