"For one, the store seems to be lacking in quantity and authenticity on the basis of the available products, not to mention how excessively pricey items can get. Secondly, the employees just walk around constantly and make indiscreet attempts to follow and scope out customers as well as continuously getting in their way. It's very clear that environment is tense and the workers are unenthused about their jobs - other than when they are eyeing down patrons."

"I have used the art framing services a number of times and spent quite a bit of money doing so. Stopped in to ask a question today, and waited by the framing desk for twenty minutes, no one there. Went to the cashier and asked for help, and went back and waited. An employee I was informed was the manager finally came, and couldn't have been less helpful and was actually quite dismissive of my question. Will not use this particular store again."

"I walked around the store for 35 minutes looking for grid paper that I couldn’t find on my own. I asked two employees for help. They asked me where did I look? I told them and they told me that if it’s not where the paper is then we don’t have it, nobody took the time out of their non-busy day to help me look for simple grid paper at an art store why wouldn’t you have it? I ended up finding it in the owl that didn’t have any drawing paper at all, but measurement tools at the end of the day. I got what I needed but it made my time shopping very stressful"

"Was able to find 50% off on Christmas items. Spent more than I planned. The store was organized and clean. Some shelves were empty, but I assume some Christmas items were sold out."
