"One of the reason this place is so loved, is the customer service. The shop is adorable and filled with all kinds of wonderful things. But, the people there are why it has survived so many years while other shops have closed. I recently bought my husband a cocktail shaker that was on the pricey side for our anniversary. The first time we used it the top would not come off- just absolutely stuck forever. I was reluctant to return it to a small business but it was very expensive and I went there specifically for a high quality shaker. The owner, replaced it right away.
