"My rating has everything to do with the staff and manager of this location that keeps it organized. I didn't want to give it a lesser rating for my hoping to find everything I needed. It is what it is! This is a big kudos for the store being neat and clean and has a knowledgeable crew who is present and informed and cares about stuff being where it belongs and meets your eye and that is a rarity these days. I had some framing done here last year and it was just what I wanted...y'all are doing great, thank you!"

"Do not recommend BOPIS at this store. I've had issues with my last 2 orders which is surprising as this is the closest store to the company HQ. One order was "picked up" while I was at work no where near the store, and when I went to inquire about it that evening they had put it behind a register for no apparent reason. Another time I was charged for an item that was missing from my order but I decided it wasn't worth my time or effort to go back for refund. Will go to the Southlake store from now on."
