"Called on Monday 11/27 about a significant leak in the kitchen sink drain. They quickly discussed the specs with me and gave me an estimate on the price. Jess worked with me over the phone and was able to get someone out to my house the same day. She was very professional and her communication was top-notch. Scott came out to get the job done for us, and he was awesome! He was prompt, skilled, and professional as well. Upon completion, he even looked at some other plumbing work that I need done in the near future and began setting up plans for that as well. We will definitely be return clients and we will be asking for Scott again. My out the door cost was less than half of what another company had quoted, but the quality of work was still fantastic. That speaks to the integrity of the business that they are being fair and reasonable about pricing rather than shamelessly overcharging like some other businesses do. All said and done, I am very happy with the work they did."
