"BEWARE ATTEMPTS TO UPSELL I was recommended to this company by Navien for install of a simple Taco external zone valve panel. The technician Steve who came out was friendly and knowledgeable and seemed to know exactly what needed to be done. I even asked Steve if he thought it was a major job and he said no. A couple days later I get an email from Bob (who I assume is the owner or higher up person) trying to completely upsell me. He said he thinks the whole system should be completely re-piped despite the system currently working fine and Steve not mentioning this at all. He also said he was only interested in giving me a quote if I wanted to go the re-piping route and outright refused to give me a quote for just the panel install. I would recommend people to look elsewhere or at least get a second quote before dealing with this company."
