The past 3 times using them, we have had to call multiple times just to get someone to schedule an appointment. They always say to "give them a day to call back" but it's been over a week and still no reply. I can overlook it once, but with this being the third time in a row this has happened, we will have to go with someone else. If you can get them out, the work is good, but pricey, and the headache of scheduling just isn't worth it."
