QP Testing LLC, located at 15941 South Harlem Avenue in Tinley Park, Illinois, is a NETA accredited, IBEW Local 134 and PEARL certified Power Service company. Specializing in electrical acceptance testing, commissioning, maintenance testing, repair, installation, and troubleshooting, our engineers and technicians cater to a wide range of clients including Utility, Generation, Industrial, and Commercial Facilities. All testing is performed in accordance with NETA/ANSI standards.

Our PEARL certified industrial breaker technicians, with over forty years of experience in the Utilities industry, ensure that all equipment, switches, and connections meet safety standards for installation and operation. We provide quick and accurate turnarounds on test reports to prevent project delays.

For the start-up of new electrical power systems, our NETA accredited professionals conduct thorough commissioning to identify installation problems and ensure proper operation. Regular maintenance is essential for tracking equipment lifetime and making timely repairs to prevent costly incidents.

The Quad Plus Testing process for circuit breaker repair sets the industry standard. In our 17,000 square foot Breaker facility, we offer repair, refurbishment, and retrofitting services using only OEM or manufacturer-recommended parts. Our PEARL certification ensures adherence to strict reconditioning and refurbishment processes defined by ANSI/IEEE C37.59.

We also offer standard and specialized power system studies conducted by professional engineers, as well as pre- and post-installation power quality audits to target and correct power issues.
