"Had some work done on one of my vehicles after encountering a huge raccoon! The man that I dealt with, I don’t think he was the owner, but he was very nice and quoted a fair price. It didn’t take long and I was satisfied. However, when I came back to get a quote for my other car, which was a small scratch, I was appalled at the enormous price he quoted me. I understand body work can be expensive but this was a complete rip off. I lost all respect for this man and vowed to never return to this shop again. I despise doing business with people who are unethical!!!!!"
