"I went in and was never greeted and completely ignored for a good 20 minutes. Who trains these staff? First rule of customer service is to greet and respond to my needs. I simply asked a lady if she was helping someone, and she gave me attitude instead of having a smile on her face or guiding me with someone who can help. The only helpful staff was a young African American and some associate named Anthony."
"i purchased a phone here upgrading from a 13 to a 15 pro. I had a lot of data on my phone and was told that i needed to get the 512gb if i wanted to keep my text messages. My dad died 2.5 years ago and i was not ready to give up my texts with him quite yet because that’d be losing another memory. This means that I paid an extra $300 for more space. I tried to apply for a citizen one loan and had issues so had to call Apple with the store associate which took about 20 mins. The Apple employee on the phone didn’t know what citizen one loan was and the store employee was confused as well and seemed to be at a loss with no solution. I decided to pay for the phone in full even though those weren’t my intentions walking in to spend $1,400 at Apple. It took 3 hours to transfer my old information to the new phone and I ended up needing to download all my apps but they assured me my text would come through over time. The manager Gabriel had stepped in and assured me that it would be fine and gave me my phone case for free and a charging cube. 3 days later, my texts did not transfer so I called the store and had to talk to a new manager, Eric. He said that the situation should have been handled differently and he would call me back the next day with a solution (45 min phone call). The next day rolls around and no call from Eric. I call again Sunday to give him some time and neither Gabriel or Eric were working. I had to repeat my story again and the manager told me that they had to handle it and not him. Gabe would be working Friday and would call me. I said i would be on vacation and hard to reach can you please tell me how I can reach Gabe and he said to call the store. I get a call from Gabe Friday while I’m mid skiing and was furious that I’ve spent so many hours trying to reach her and I’m in a bad cell area. She assured me she’d be working until 7p. Not only did i get out on hold with the store for 30 mins to be hung up on, i had to explain my story 4 more times to support and to have their calls be ignored by the store. I then contacted corporate and they told me there is nothing they can do and that it is something I’d have to work out with the store that’s now ignoring me. Gabriel had texted me from her personal phone apologizing and that the head of the store David would call me. I’ve received no phone call, spent hours out of my vacation crying hysterically to be retriggered that I’ve lost my text from my dad. Apple brought in $383 billion dollars last year and for some reason they can’t seem to figure out how to compensate me for this inconvenience. I hope those that are reading this don’t have the same issue and have better customer service. I don’t recommend coming to this location because they are unhelpful and will just ignore you. I was nothing but nice up until Friday phone call because of the hours and frustration I’ve put into this. I’m very disappointed with Eric, Gabe and David."
"Unfortunate negative experience at the Apple Store. It's disappointing that they upcharged my card without proper communication. The lack of accountability and dismissal of the issue during my call is concerning. Mentioning the importance of transparency in pricing and customer communication in this review may help others be cautious when dealing with this store."
"I scheduled an appointment for 3:35 and arrived at 3:25 only to have a woman greet me and tell me to sit while she checked me in. I sat waiting for an hour and fifteen minutes as other customers who arrived later got their problems fixed before me. When I went up to not one, but three different Genius Bar technicians, they dismissed me saying it was very busy and I needed to wait my turn. Another woman named Annie finally asked me if I was waiting on an appointment and after checking her tablet, she told me that the original employee did not check me in correctly and that was the reason that I had to wait over an hour. Overall, Annie was the only person who seemed like she respected me in that store meanwhile almost all the other workers were rude and unfriendly. The customer service at this location was really disappointing and I would not recommend the electronic repair services here unless you want to be treated like an idiot."
"Very nice store, good quality products stock, clean area. We bought two iPhones. Service is good. [But the sales lady (middle aged/ old /short lady), she could have been a little more friendly and nice. She was just standing and answering our questions in a sentence or two. And was looking at her watch again and again. That doesn't feel good especially to customers]. Again, the store is good, lots of staff to help customers. We didn't feel ignored. Good variety and stock of phones and other stuff."
