"Unprofessional when on the phone. Not on time at all. I understand that waiting is a part of life. But when you call and say you'll be there in 10 minutes twice and you don't show up for another 2 hours. That's not ok. Also said they would.come back next day. Called us and told us we would have to wait there was an emergency first. Which I understand that. But than never called and never showed, that's unprofessional!! Would not recommend had to call another company!"
