"Fantastic service. I came home to a burst pipe and didn't know where to begin. I looked up emergency plumbing and I came across Chicago Sewer Experts. Within 30 minutes, their call center notified me someone was en route and they called again to let me know he arrived. Tommy did a through inspection of what happened and explained exactly what he had to do in order to identify the issue and fix it. The entire process he kept explaining what was going on and even gave me a few tips along the way to prevent future issues. He ran out to get some supplies and when he returned, he got me fixed up in about 15 minutes. He clearly knew exactly what he was doing and how to fix my issue. Additionally, he was so kind and helpful, when I was a bit of a wreck about it all. I really appreciated Tommy's extensive knowledge and his client services.
