"I have gone to Sea of Beads several times and was always happy with the level of service. Very helpful and willing to work with my repairs and even guidance in doing self repairs, providing the materials I needed for one bracelet repair to help save money. Today, however I was greeted by an elderly woman who was NOT interested in providing the level of service I am used to with Sea of Beads. Super unhelpful and indignant. I will not be back."

"I think this establishment is just called "Beads". At least that's what is posted at the front of the building and on the street signage. Inside the supplies are varied and well organized without being cluttered. The staff member who assisted me was really nice and helpful when I asked her various questions. They provide restringing services for beaded pieces. This takes approximately 2 weeks and costs $1.00 per one inch. This is for simple services using your beads. I opted to just purchase the supplies and to do the work myself."
