Not only was the phone repaired long before it was due (I received a call early Saturday morning, 3 days before my estimated time), but the price was THE BEST of any local business within a 25 mile radius...trust me I called them all. "I had a phone repaired here, replacing both the back panel and LCD. I was misquoted and charged one price only to get a call back that the cost is another $200. They took a week to make the repairs, never telling me that the phone would not work after their repairs and spending this kind of money on an iphone 14 pro that I could have gotten a brand new phone for another $100. After paying $540 at pickup I was told that I should trade this phone in asap cause it doesn't work! I owe $500 on this phone so to trade it in I would have to pay it off and this phone brand new is just over $600. I am beyond disappointed by their shady business practices and dishonesty. If they were honest upfront while diagnosing the issues I would have never chosen to spend this money and fix this phone. I am out of options now after spending $540 with them and have to pay off my old phone only to get less in trade in value and get a new one. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I wish I could give 0 stars."
