"I have been using Done Rite since 2009, but the pricing seems to suck now. $79 to start, just to come out for non-emergency service. Installing two new shower heads and fixing a tub spout, but even with the tech going to the supply store...$534.00...that was steep. The service technician was awesome and did great work, but I am scared to even think about replacing an ejector pit or something more substantial. I'll be moving on. I miss the glory days of Pat Montgomery"

"Disappointing experience - they charged me 80.00 dollars to come out and look at a leaky faucet in my tub. That was ok because they said they would credit it for the repair. It then took weeks for someone to get back to me about the part. I called two or three times. Told they were on it - more delay. Finally a price comes - $1760 dollars to replace a faucet in a claw foot tub - when you break down the numbers, they were going to charge me over $270 dollars an hour to do the job. No mention of the credit in the estimate they sent me. Done never again."

"I can’t speak for the quality of the work, as the quote I got was outrageous. $1000 to replace an outdoor spigot and it’s associated shut off valve, literally right on the other side of the wall from each other. They might do great work, but be prepared to pay a pretty penny. For reference, @$750 for the spigot itself, and @$250 for the shutoff valve."
