"Went inside to request that my lawn mower be just inspected as to it doesn’t start. The young man behind the counter said that they don’t service lawn mowers at this time , only snow blowers.Yet not snowing at all, saw other lawn mowers with repair tags. Then he said, “ we don’t service lawn mowers until it’s at least 60 degree . Then he said, “ Sorry”, but sarcastically. As I was leaving he said “see you in March”. Not. Had absolutely no concern, never even asked what the problem was."

"They fixed my generator. I could not start it. Turner over first time I tried it. It took a few weeks because they were so busy but it was worth it. great job."

"Dropped a lawnmower off in June (2023) with a 2 week timeline for a tune up. Called 5 weeks later and parts were on backorder no problem. Called Oct 5th and apparently they finished Oct 4th but didn't have time to call me. When asked why they never called to update me at all ever I was told it's pointless. When I stayed an update would've been nice, he again stated seems like a waste of time. If you can, avoid this place if you expect good customer service."

"I had my car serviced for a Control arm $800 for replacement and was told under a one year warranty. Come to find out the part was not brand new from another mechanic today. Called to get it replaced under warranty. Was told under new business. No paperwork from previous customers. Would not honor my service warranty. Told me he could have me come in and see what they could do for me. That's terrible as a new owner! This is a small town and word will get around integrity and honest work is all we want as a customer. Don't go there. Ever."
