"Some beautiful ideas for Christmas! They have the whole store decked out. It's beautiful!"

"Visited this store for the first time last week. Overall I was obsessed with how cute it was and so many wonderful items. I purchased (2) steeping cups and (2) loose leaf tea sets. Unfortunately, I chose to return both steeping cups and (1) of the loose leaf tea sets (unopened of course). Upon being greeted at the register for my return, I was told even though my tea was not opened, they have a no return policy for food items. Okay, I understand. Then I was told the steeping cups were "seasonal" and could not be returned as well. There was no sign posted these particular cups were seasonal, nor were not "holiday" design related. When I explained that was not acceptable, they offered store credit for the cups. I explained I would prefer my money back. That is when I was told they weren't going help at all and refused to do anything further. To be honest, I planned on being a returning customer based on how much they have to offer, for personal and business related, however, that is not the case going forward. I love shopping and supporting local businesses, unfortunately, this store has lost my business going forward."

"Cutest product! Amazing customer service. I can go in and spend time just looking around and getting ideas for my home or clients homes! They also have clothing and jewelry but my favorite part is all the home goods! They do such a great job pulling things together! All of these ladies are super sweet and helpful too!"
