"Although David is a very knowledgeable and personable guy I found that this wasn't the case with his technicians. The service wasn't consistant between the varied techs that serviced my pool and got to the point where it was unacceptable. It led to a disagreement with David on the quality of the service visits, and thus I have stopped using his company. I think there is a struggle with getting good help. I think as an business owner you have to accept the fact that sometimes the customer actually is right and take steps to fix the problem."

Our pool looks like a swamp and unfortunately this scam artist has our credit card on file. Will be contacting the authorities and the Better Business Bureau. AVOID BUTLER POOL. Untrustworthy."

"Terrible service! Does not maintain our pool as expected once taking over our previous pool cleaning company. Nor does he return phone calls regarding the issues even though "he will personally come out and see what's going on" yet never comes or contacts you. We sure do get a monthly bill however like clockwork and our problems are still not resolved. We are seeking other pool services now. I do not recommend them if you expect quality maintenance and respectable customer service."
