"Wednesday 12/27/17 5pm about 20 degrees outside of course our furnace stops working. after calling anyone in the area with a 4 plus reviews and realizing that the earliest anyone could come out was not until Friday. we called Fiebrandt hvac desperate to get heat back on as it quickly started to drop inside the house. They answered the phone and after a short conversation they said they would send someone over within 15-20 minutes. Jim showed up at our door very professional, polite, friendly and honest quickly trouble shooting our furnace and had our heat up and running. We had a few questions for him and he took the time to answer them. We are very glad that by pure chance and luck we contacted them and we hope our review helps other families feel comfortable contacting them despite the lack of reviews they have on google. they have earned our future business. Thank you Joel, Lisa and baby Mia also their Pricing was an honest fair price."
