"they came out later the same day because my ac wasn't working and they got me a new thermostat installed and even double checked my whole system for free. great service if i ever need you again ill be calling"
"Completely screwed us. Charged us $800 for a $400 service claiming "weekend" and left a sticker on our furnace saying they don't charge extra. Now our heater is blowing cold air, and they refuse to abide by the "one year warranty" commitment written by them on our service order. They guy wined like a baby over the phone saying he wouldn't come out b/c my boyfriend was upset about the cost and demanded to know the cost of the circuit board they installed, which they refused to give us. Of course, because they completely screwed us."
