"I’ve been communicating with Marco for about 4 months he sent a tech out in February to assist with my replacement of my AC unit. My warranty company has been very difficult to communicate with he has contacted them on numerous occasions at times he was more successful than I was but make a long story short we are now in process of Marco and team coming out to install my new AC unit he has been very patient with the process thanks Marco"

"Our heat went out in the middle of the night and we woke up to a cold house on a below zero day. We were lucky enough to find Comfortable Climate through our home warranty, and they had a technician at our house within hours. Marco, our technician, was friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose and fix our heating issue within an hour, and we had our heat back up in no time.
