"Had water tested this weekend and the guy working was not at all helpful... In fact he was rude. Then he overcharged me and had to get a refund. Aren't the people working a leslies supposed to be helpful. Said he had been there 4 years. Don't see how he's lasted that long."

"I came in this morning to grab some pools supplies (power powder granular) for my parents pool. Reuben greeted me upon entry with a smile and offered to assist. He told me about the rewards app and I downloaded it to start saving money. He was kind, helpful and knowledgeable about the products. He even carried the bucket to my car. Thank you so much for your help. I will be back! #ReubenForPresident ! Lol"

"I give one star because there is no option for no star. The customer service I received today was terrible. I purchased a pool sweeper, I was overcharged $30. I went back to ask for a refund for the $30 and Charles only refunded $20. He said the system would only allow him to give $20 back. The sign clearly said $549 and he agreed with me about the posted price but he could only refund $20. So I took the pool sweeper back for a full refund and will buy one from Amazon. He had a terrible attitude with me."

"Good service. Prices are a little high but they will check your water once a month for free. That usually means they recommend chemicals for your pool which of course you can buy there. Still, last water sample I took the manager said my water was perfect and he couldn’t recommend anything to add, so that’s impressive. Four out of five for good service, but high prices. I will return..."
