"Called for service, when I asked for clarification on pricing due to it being unclear. I was told (due to my questions) they weren’t the company for me (basically I asked, if I go with them, is the $75 service fee credited toward the final repair bill or not). Anyway, wouldn’t pick a company unable to clearly explain anything to potential customers, especially about the bill. Very Bad attitude for no reason, beware!"

"I called because my dryer was not heating on multiple cycles. Victor came out and “cleaned” the dryer vent out. Said everything looks fine and that it’s heating, which I told him it did for the first 20 min of the cycle and then stopped. He said call again if it didn’t work. Which it did not, so I called and had them come out again. Second time, he did the same thing. I finally called our go to place who wasn’t available the first time and they came out and fixed it. The coils needed to be replaced, which the other place said is the first step when it’s not heating. They also thoroughly cleaned the vent out which he said prime did not do. I called Prime and asked for a refund for our $85 since they did not fix the problem or fully clean the vent. I offered to send the receipt from the place that fixed it. My husband has called twice since then and no one has called us back. So unprofessional. Will never use them again or recommend to anyone."
