Dash Heating & Air Service

"Our air stopped working on Thursday. We called to schedule service. We were given a time on Sunday between 2-5pm. On Sunday I called around 10a to see if we could get any earlier since we had two sick babies with fevers and the house was 82 degrees. I was told only the 2-5, which was fine. They told me I would get a call about an hour before they arrived. At 4:57 we still did not get a phone call so I called to check on the status. After a long hold I was told they had to reschedule. I was told the tech was on a commercial job and needed to finish that but would have to do ours tomorrow. No other technicians were contacted to try to fit us in. They just agreed to refund. Horrible experience - do not recommend."

There was an issue with the fan on the outdoor unit. He quickly gave us a quote without having to call in or looking up the cost. He also didn’t try to hard sell us on the repair. He said it was one of those issues that could cause the fan to go out in a week or ten years and to address it at that time.
