"I ordered a double wide garage from this firm and canceled, and they would not refund my $400.00 deposit as my cancelation was before the door was delivered to my house. We were very happy with our old door as it just needed some W10 oil on the rollers and hinges!"

"I am incredibly disappointed with the unprofessional service we received from DC Garage Door & Services. We ordered a replacement panel for our garage door and made the choice to have the motor installed separately. Upon arrival one of the gentleman from DC Garage began questioning us as to why we would work with a different company for the motor in front of the other installer claiming that they could have done a better job. Then proceeded to say to us "what were you just looking for the cheapest option". I found this to be wildly unprofessional, inappropriate, and uncalled for. Will not be considering this company for any future work and do not recommend using them."

Instead of trying to nickle and dime us or upsell a new door, he recommended a new opener and a tune up of all the parts. The 2 man crew that came out was very friendly and did a great job, and fast. "I have had a problem with one of my 2 garage doors. These are in a garage approaching 35 years old. One of the doors would only go up about 3 feet then stop. I did the few things I know to do to see what might be wrong with no result. I then watched a youtube to see how to clean a garage door system. Mine is old and the rollers and other parts looked it. I cleaned and lubricated and then saw that one of the springs was broken. I called DC and they had a repairman out quickly. The repairman was great did an inspection and told me all my options, including replacement. I opted for repair and it opens and closes better than I ever remember it working. This company is a great one to call when you need help!"
