JOANN Fabric and Crafts 20 Countryside Plaza, Countryside, IL 60525

"All the bathrooms have not been working for 2+ years. They are dirty. There was no toilet paper in one of the supposedly working stalls. The other one was completely out of order and has been for over a year. And the third and only working stall, (along with the other stalls) have signs, saying “the doors do not lock though they close.”. When is corporate Joann going to pay attention to this store? There were fabric bolts everywhere. Pretty much a hot mess. Not sure why the store is in such chaos and not attended to. I have tried to purchase a specific cable cord over the last six months and it has been out …as our most of the cords next to it. Why do they not reorder?"

"No Price Check Scanners available. Not all Sale signs were posted so BOGO was not clear if it meant full priced or sale prices. The staff does not listen to the questions and assumes customers are hostile and trying to question their authority. Therefore my question was not answered of yarn is sale prices or full prices. Staff is all at the registers and no one walking around to ask for help or prices. Great selection of yarn though. Just not good employee vibes or availability"

"Thanks so much to Epiphany, who helped us with some fabric on a weekday visit, and Cassie up front, who was very sweet and polite. I hope they are given their due by corporate or at least management. We'll definitely be back."

"I bought a Singer sewing machine and it looked like it was returned. It was missing many accessories and did not sew anything. I return to the store the next morning an the MANAGER with arrogant attitude, despotic, just changed the machine for me and I asked her if she could check it to see that it brought everything and it worked, she didn't even look at me, she turned around and left. She was extremely rude with me."

"I love my local Joann Fabric. They are a smaller store but they always have just about everything I need. I visit the store at Lisa a couple times a month for supplies that I need for my cricut machine as well as sewing projects. They have a large variety of cricut products as well as fabrics to choose from. The line always looks long but it moves very fast and the people that work at this location are really knowledgeable about what they do."
