"Thorton Heating did a fantastic job installing my new Mitsubishi heat pump and Trane furnace. There were some minor delays in the process because of incorrect information they received from Mitsubishi about my particular setup, but they team stayed until 8pm to finish the job, which as very impressive and much appreciated. "We had a Thornton crew come out to professionally clean our ducts. The crew did not communicate anything that they were doing, and I had to call to ask about some things later. To make it worse, our ducts did not pass sample testing by an independent inspector. The swab the inspector used to gather the sample came out black, and he didn’t even believe that I’d had the ducts professionally cleaned. I also contacted the company about this, and they never bothered to respond. When I first called, before I paid, the customer service was great. Good ole bait and switch here."
