"Thorton Heating did a fantastic job installing my new Mitsubishi heat pump and Trane furnace. There were some minor delays in the process because of incorrect information they received from Mitsubishi about my particular setup, but they team stayed until 8pm to finish the job, which as very impressive and much appreciated. Brian answered all my questions and listened to all my concerns closely, and got my a system I'm very happy with at a reasonable price. I'm so glad I went with Thorton Heating, I would recommend them to anyone!"
"We had a Thornton crew come out to professionally clean our ducts. The crew did not communicate anything that they were doing, and I had to call to ask about some things later. To make it worse, our ducts did not pass sample testing by an independent inspector. The swab the inspector used to gather the sample came out black, and he didn’t even believe that I’d had the ducts professionally cleaned. I also contacted the company about this, and they never bothered to respond. When I first called, before I paid, the customer service was great. Good ole bait and switch here."

"Thornton is a fantastic HVAC company and has been servicing my home since I moved in 3 years ago, and they have serviced it since it was built in 1997. I have an annual service plan so I never have to worry about anything going wrong because they visit quarterly and keep things in tip top shape. When something needs to be repaired or replaced they provide details, options and pricing in advance and patiently answer all of my questions.
