"Great experience with Mel-o-Air All around! Easy to get through to A REAL LIVE PERSON, scheduled appointment quickly with email and text reminders and updates on the tech’s arrival time. Arrived as scheduled and John was amazing at both cleaning our furnace and diagnosing the issue we were having. The communication and office staff were also friendly and efficient… the needed part was ordered and fixed quickly keeping us warm & cozy for the rest of the winter. Have been bad about scheduling our maintenance consistently but plan to have them back to do an annual check on our air conditioners as well this spring. FIVE STARS AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND MEL-O-AIR.
