"Didn't even have a chance to use their service because of the following: Called around 9am. Got a 10am - 1pm window confirmed. It's now 1:30pm. No update, no call, no show. Also, the answering service tried to upsell my $99 booking fee by adding some extra discounts for service without even knowing why I called. Overall, just a scuzzy kind of feeling on this one, especially with it being my first time going through their processes. At least I saved $99 on a service call today? (Always trying to see the positive...)"
