"Had All Star level out my ground and put up a above ground pool. 400$ to level 400$ to setup pool. I was told I had a 30 day warranty. After repeated messages about needed a receipt, one was never sent. Also once I got in the pool I noticed tons upon tons of wrinkles in the bottom. Nobody from the company has returned my inquiries. Pretty sad that myself (not a pool "professional ") could get the pool setup better the previous year. 2 stars for the ground was actually leveled pretty decent."

"Had All Star break down a pool for us. When we were ready to install our pool nobody would return our call. We now figured out why due to our new pool installer had said one of the guys from All Star through a cigarette on our liner causing a hole and some of the parts were broke. Luckily our new pool guy is awesome and was able to fix their mistakes."

"Pictures can basically speak for themselves. Love that these guys were able to get me in their schedule but i could’ve waited if i would’ve gotten a cleaner setup. $700 and yet i’m still have to get dirt hauled away & pick up TRASH & CIGARETTE BUDS they just decide to leave in my yard!! They threw the ladder on the deck & didn’t leave the instructions to it so i can set it up myself. Not only did they leave trash but i have a electrical line to my shed they didn’t give no consideration into it. Came out & it was hanging 3ft from the ground ( literally was hanging right beside the pool) The owner came cleared the space and just left. Told me i can just pay his assistant & that was all. This place is just a joke"

"I would like to share my experience with Allstar Installations. We purchased a pool and decided to have Allstar do a countersink install, that is dig a 24" deep recess for the pool. As you can see from the pictures it was a sloppy and unprofessional install. I would not recommend this company for ANY work. I paid nearly $2000 for what you see and I will have to make the corrections myself as I cannot get any response from "Gus" or anyone else as the phone number is "mailbox full" so no messages can be left. Take some good advice RUN from these folks!!!!!"

"We had All Star install our above ground pool. They were very professional, prompt and friendly. They did a fantastic job. All the fees were disclosed up front and on paper so I had no surprises. I also think they were very affordable. Not a rip off like some companies. When I had questions they were answered. Even after installation if I had questions they were quick to respond. They also didn't leave any mess when they were finished.. You won't be disappointed if you choose this company."
