"The salesman was kind. The duct install team did a good job. The furnace and a/c work well. After that it kinda went downhill. We had a tricky attic install where the unit had to be installed on its side. The workers left and everything looked fine at first glance. I paid the bill and that was that. Then I looked more closely. The workers left with a return vent hooked up to nothing. There was just an intake hole left open in the duct and the return vent was hanging in the wall. Upon closer inspection, they installed the unit with no way to change the filter - it was completely inaccesible. I called to see if they would come back and remedy the situation, but I had already paid and they were not interested. In the photos you can see the inake to nowhere and the filter with no way to change it. The heating and a/c have worked flawlessly, and the duct work install team did a great job. They really only let us down on the last touches. Nice enough people, a/c and furnace install is working fine, and solid duct install work; but make sure the job is done before you pay - I wish I had."
