"I have used Superior Mechanical Heating & Cooling on my furnace and AC. Both needed to be serviced as they are about 25+ years old now and both times I was extremely pleased Superior Mechanical. On time, prompt, he explained everything to me (I feel like I learned so much) and the price was very reasonable. Seriously, I had another company come service the ac. it took 3 trips (1 trip to look at unit, 1 trip to install the incorrect capacitor, 1 trip back to look at the mess.) I had him take his capacitor back and Superior Mechanical had it fixed on the first visit for about half of the price. Seriously, half the price. I've been calling Superior Mechanical ever since. "I called Superior out after having Home Depot's contractor clean my furnace and tell me my 27 year old unit needed to be replaced. The first thing Foster said was 'This needs a good cleaning'. Whaaat? Foster showed me the residue on the burners. He spent an hour taking the mechanicals apart; cleaning the burners, the pilot, and the heat exchanger with a wire brush. He adjusted the pilot, the burners and the blower timer. AND he said I didn't need a new furnace; the heat exchanger was fine. This company is on time, honest and will show you what he sees.
