"Dan came out on a rainy Saturday evening to fix our AC. Unlike most mechanical outfits out there, he didn't pressure us to replace the system. He told me, "I like trying to fix these things!" It didn't take him long to repair the problem (a hole in the refrigerant line). After mending the line, I watched as he took the time to make sure that the lines were thoroughly pumped out. After refilling the system, he stayed for a while to make sure that the system was charged to precisely the right pressure (in the dark and in the rain).
