"I called them for a furnace that needed routine maintenance. All they put down was "furnace not working right." So the tech cleaned the flame sensor (part of routine maintenance) but didn't clean the furnace. When I asked about it, he said he could clean it (also part of routine maintenance). I thought that he was told it was routine maintenance but when I got the bill the tech charged me separately for both the flame sensor and the cleaning. The day before when I called they also charged me $99 which I asked if it would be applied to the next day service and they said yes. It was NOT. The reason I still give them 3 stars is because the tech was great and he installed a new thermostat at my request."
