"If you need any work done to your bike, Bryant is the man you want to go see. Unfortunately my bike is there due to the fact that my wife and I were hit by a car. Bryant went over the complete bike from top to bottom and went to bat for us when he spoke to Progressive. Bryant treats you like family and keeps you informed of the process step by step and I feel completely at ease with my bike getting fixed here. I will recommend them anytime!!!"

"Professional, Excellent Service, Highly recommended. I should have written this review 2 or 3 years ago...We sometimes get spoiled with excellent, professional service and think its normal..I recently had an experience that reminded its not, and prompted me to write this review. I had an electrical problem with my 2003 Ultra Classic. I was not sure they did "regular mechanical" work, as I've seen their custom work at the annual Rosemont bike shows. But hey, they are local and I gave them a call. At the shop, it seemed funny to me wheeling my bike past $75,000 custom bikes...The owner could not have been nicer, he already had a good idea of the problem, quoted me a great price, fast delivery date, then he delivered on his promise. Called me when the bike was ready and delivered the bike clean (without grease all over the place like other places do). It seems so simple, but it is not. He is now out farther from me than before. Next time, the drive or expense to get my bike to him is easily worth it ..I learn from my mistakes."
