"Last time using HR Block. Nothing that I paid for worked. My return was listed as denied for a month on the tracker. I received less money than what I was told, even after the RIDICULOUS cost to have my taxes prepared. The tracker in the app never worked. Said my state was denied, but I already had the check in my mailbox, and it was supposed to be direct deposit. They sent a text 2 days after I received my federal return saying it was on its way. I am extremely unhappy with my experience the last 2 years. I will be filing myself from now on, no point to your services any longer, as nothing you told me was correct."
