"Terrible customer service. Month and a half after buying 15k bike it already started to need repairs. You can never reach anyone on the phone. They tell u to bring in the bike just so it doesn't get looked at for about 2weeks. Then they give you the run around about what may or may not need repairs. I've had my bike there 2 weeks and they still can't tell me what is wrong with the bike and you have to call them everyday for an update on the bike if not, Your lucky if they call u back when they say they will. What a joke. They seem to think they are doing me a favor and forget I'm paying for a service And any service done at harley is not cheap I might add. They are more worried about the sales then about the repairs."
