"Arch has been there for us every time! They allowed us to be with our 16 year old dog who we had to euthanize during the height of Covid lockdown. No other vet would but they could see how torn up we were and I will never forget that kindness. They were amazing performing my extra large breed’s gastroplexy and followed up with us nearly every day. When I was out of town our dog became very ill and my daughter was panicking. I told her to call Arch first but wasn’t very hopeful about getting in so told her to take her to the ER if that didn’t work.
