"Quick to call you back when you need work done. However once they get their money they ignore you. They came out and installed a new water heater. Ours was under warranty and they said we would have to pay up front and they would reimburse us when they got the refund from the water heater. That was over three months ago. No refund and they won’t return our phone calls. We have called THREE times. First time spoke with a woman and said she would get back to us and never heard back. The last two times we have left messages and silence. Still waiting for my reimbursement.... Not people you can trust. Stole $700 from us."
