"I HIGHLY recommend this company. I have never worked with a more professional and kind person. And my basement looks fantastic! I had a mess down there and they came in, removed everything, cleaned and disinfected. Then laid my carpet, reconstructed the walls and helped put everything back in place. He even helped me put in a new sump pump and that's not even thier job. Just AMAZING human beings all around!!! And their price, especially for the quality of work, cannot be beat!!!! Oh and they work directly with the insurance company. I would never recommend a contractor I do not completely believe in. This company rocks!!!!"

"Dan is a crook not to be trusted. His 25 year warranty is worthless because he will not honor it. He was supposed to get rid of mold in my parent's home but it t was back in less than a year. When he realized I was calling to have him do warranty work, he hung up the phone and never answered or returned my calls again. If he's done this to you, I encourage you to report him to the IL Attorney General and Federal Trade Commission and Better Business Bureau. Defrauding an elderly person in IL carries significant penalties including prison. Dan, Global Restoration, and Illinois Emergency Home Services should all be put out of business."
