"Don't waste your time going there, this office messed up my taxes and after several attempts to speak to someone on a corporate level, I got a office supervisor that has offered to refund to me my preparation fees in the amount $318.00 which is way to much to prepare your taxes, I was told my fees will be refunded in the form of a check that was mailed March 6, 2020 but as of today March 20, 2020 I still haven't received my check, I've contacted the claim department everyday since the 6th of March and finally spoke to the Dept Mgr. Amia who promise me she would get back to me at the end of the business day and of course she didn't call back and she stated that she don't understand why I haven't got my check. Please take out the time and find other resources you will get messed over."
