"It was horrible contemporary K9 dog grooming. I went to get my German shepherds toes nails clipped,right of the bat it didn't feal very inviting,the lady there,not sure her name decided to call guy working there to do the trim. Can't find him listed as grommer anywhere.my dog is 8 years old,and anyone who cut his nail all said he was incredible he just set there and let them do it. But today will probably change that right out of the gate he can't wear his front nails too short my dog yelp's in pain then the next foot he hit another cubicle the way short and my dog really screams in pain this time,I died seeing how bad that heart my dog, needless to say I did not let him go any further, nobody seemed to care but me, do you think they would have a reaction and say they were sorry or something it pissed me off. I took my dog to some place, lays down like a good boy,and thay heart him.I bet the next time I get his nails done (not there) it won't be as easy. D.w"

"We have now taken our two large doodles (Sheepadoodle and Aussiedoodle) here twice and I am so happy we have found them. They do a truly excellent job with both our anxious dog and our hyper dog. The haircuts are the best they have had and the people who work here are absolutely lovely. The search for a great groomer is over."

"A bad haircut aside (doodles can be tough to groom, I get it), I had some major issues with this place. They told me services included were haircut, bath, ear cleaning, and nail clipping. However, my dog was returned to me with knots remaining in his ears that were clearly untrimmed (despite the rest of him being cut very short), mats left on his chest, and with half of his head shaved while the other half was left long. The half of his head was so bad that I emailed them the next morning to get it fixed, alongside the other issues. They returned him again with just his head fixed but nothing else changed, despite the email comms that we exchanged. On top of that, I later realized that my dog’s nails were clearly not trimmed, and his ears had also not been cleaned. Lastly, they finished grooming my dog about 4 hours after they told me they would be done, and I’m guessing they left him in a kennel with no bathroom breaks the entire day before they finally got to grooming him."

She took the time to talk through lots of details beforehand to ensure that she understood exactly what I wanted for my schnoodle's haircut. I am very happy with the service and the price. I used to drive to Austin (ug) to pay more money (ug) for grooming. Never doing that again!"
