"H&R has utterly atrocious customer service. This just happens to be the closest location to speak on it publicly since H&R only has the phone line available and an emailed review. My partner spent all day trying to simply not get hung up on. One employee even stated, “if this question is too difficult, I will hang up on you.” As though it is in their policy to hang up on people. This happened multiple times with different employees answering. The question was simply making sure that the account information entered was correct as the owed taxes hadn’t been taken out yet. Will not be using H&R going forward and highly recommend no one else do so either. They do not care about those they service, especially those not using premium services."

"I've never felt more ripped off in my life. I've gone to various independent tax places with good reviews. I tried H&R this year. I paid triple what I normally pay to have my taxes done. Took 30 minuets and they didn't ask my half of the questions I normally get asked to help out on my return. Corporate places are terrible they want your money......thats it."
