"My wife and I went to our appointment at HR. This was our first experience with them. In previous experiences (at other places), we were asked to provide many documents (e.g medical bills, insurance payments, property expenses, etc...) in order to get us the best return. We believed that HR was a serious organization and therefore we decided to book with them this year. The only document we were asked for to do our taxes was our W-2.
