"I tried Sederburg for my income tax prep several years ago after feeling dissatisfied with the accounting firm I had been using in Chesterfield. My only regret is that I did not make the switch sooner. (I have been with Sederburg ever since.) They are accurate, up-to-date on tax law changes, knowledgeable, friendly, patient with my questions, and reasonably priced (about half of what I was paying previously). I highly recommend Anna as she exemplifies everything I mentioned above."

"Do not use this company. Like many of the other reviews on here, they incorrectly filed our taxes in 2022. we were told we would receive a significant tax return and even when we questioned it, we were told it was correct. Come to find out, we in-fact owed the IRS. Now some months later we cannot get Doug or anyone else to call us back or even return an email. They promote a guarantee that they will back their work and help you with the IRS in any audits, etc until you actually need their assistance. Then you can’t get anyone to give you an answer or even email you back. Terrible service."

"Don’t use this company, they don’t get your taxes done at all. Even after 10 weeks. I came in November and dropped and explained myself to Doug. The people working here have no clear idea how to run a business. All they do is send you to voice mail and they are booked out for weeks after I came early to prepare. Even if I drop my taxes off on April 15th. You should be able to get them done in 10 weeks. No one ever called me through out this entire experience. I always had to call them. Looks like you guys also have a ton of IRS complaints, good thing I came up and picked my stuff up before you started it and wrecked it. Stay away from this place, running down hill quick. UPDATE — The below statement by the company is not true, we were not fired by a previous company but in fact the company stopped performing tax services and I moved to this company to get my taxes prepared. I showed up well in advance in November 4 months before tax season to give them the previous tax year information and sat with Doug and he said he could get it all squared away in April. I was in no way rude, but only asked for my taxes to be prepared. I dropped my taxes off in April a week or two Week before April 15th. They filed an extension. Which was no big deal. I gave them 3 to 4 weeks to complete before I started calling. I did become anxious as any person would if my taxes were not completed after 10 weeks. It’s unfortunate, that they can do a lot of investigation regarding my previous post with other companies that also were not performing well just like this tax company but can’t complete my taxes in a reasonable amount of time. It’s ok this place got bought out from the real owner. which is why I heard it went down hill. The new owners are not involved and do not care. I went to another company and they were able to get all my taxes squared away without issues in 1 week after moving away from this company. I’ll be happy to give you the name of the company If anyone is interested."
