"We went here for our 2021 taxes. We ended up paying almost $500 for all the forms we needed. We weren't told any information about what the fees may be until we were checking out at the end of the appointment. We had our taxes done elsewhere this year for 2022 and they are redoing our 2021 taxes because she thinks they were done wrong and we should get some money back Never ever going back to any HR block after that experience. She all but told us none of the employees are full time employees and they do other jobs most of the time and do this on the side, which is now obvious to us."

"Everything is done by a reasonable time the lady seemed a little cranky at first but when she seen that I had positive attitude and I was respectful greeting her with yes ma'am her mood became more pleasant now I don't know somebody before me upset her that's usually how it happens so I did hold it against her I knew exactly what she was doing with the paperwork I was in and out"

"You made me feel like an outcast because I refuse to wear a mask. Shame on you for forcing people to do something like that. The day I dropped off my taxes I was able to enter and speak to the lady at the front desk without a mask. But for some reason i could not come sign the taxes without a mask, and then the lady told my wife that i cussed her out on the phone , that is a lie, shame on you. I'm sure it was a recorded phone call. We will never ever do any business with you."
