"I had my Minn Kota PowerDrive V2 from 2016 burn up due to using it at too high a speed for too long with my new lithium battery. I thought it was toast, but Joe was able to save it. Most of it needed to be replaced, so when I got it back, it was like 85% brand new at about half the price you would pay for a new trolling motor of the same make and model. The best part was that I gave it to him right around the 4th of July and let him know I needed it back by July 23 for a week-long fishing trip I had planned to northern Wisconsin. He said it would be tight but he would do his best. He was able to get it back to me the day before my trip started and said he would have had it done sooner, but the part was on backorder and he was just waiting for it to come in. With packing and everything, I had no time to test it out ahead of time, so I was just taking Joe at his word that it was fixed. Sure enough as soon as I put it in the water it was working better than ever. He also gave me some advice to keep it working and I know where I will be going if I have future repairs needed."
