"Awful experience with this business. I originally responded to their marketing so excited to find a firm to replace some windows in our apartments that failed due to age. To my chagrin this firm did not honor their original quote nor did they deal with a misunderstanding of their doing in a professional way . Steve , the sale manager, was indignant, called me names, a liar as I questioned his surprise billing me @ 2 months later for extra amounts. See, I paid promptly when the project was completed based on their original statement and had absolutely no idea they added more to their custom order when it was placed originally 3 months ago. Had they used the correct address, communicated directly and correctly with the owner as they had initially, there would not have been any issue and they would have been paid accurately and promptly. Yet, I had to endure Steve yelling at me, his customer that it was all my fault , I should pay them cause they said so offering no support, forcing me to go out to location to confirm , while their "Quality Services & Repair" company took no accountability for their firms role in the issue. Paid them off of course but this was not a great company experience and makes me lack confidence in their workmanship and materials too."

"We hired Quality Services & Repair to replace an old storm door with a newer style and replaced four casement style windows (2 doubles and 2 singles) on the second story of our condo. In the planning stage, we met with Ron and we were provided with color booklets to choose the window style, color and hardware. He patiently answered all our questions and provided us with a very reasonable price quote that was well within our budget. On installation day, the crew of 3 arrived on time, and placed industrial size blankets on our carpeted floors to keep them free of debris. We were kept informed on the installation progress throughout the day. They made a couple of minor repairs that weren't included in the scope of the project and went above and beyond the call of duty by painting the inside frame of a window that wasn't being replaced so it would match the frames of the new windows when looking at the exterior of the building! Each of the employees were respectful, kept on task the entire day and did an amazing job of cleaning up the work areas before they left for the day. Their attention to the smallest details was not overlooked (extra caulking around the windows) and we are very pleased by their workmanship and work ethic. We highly recommend Quality Services and Repair to anyone who needs this type of work done."

"Owner gave us quote to repair slider which he informed me weighed "probably 350lbs." Only one repairman came out and after 40 minutes of him damaging door more than it already was ( yes, we have before and after pics) he informed me he can't complete job by himself. Office would get a hold of us to reschedule. My husband had to call to do so and the office manager( which one can only assume is wife of owner) was hostile and rude. The time they were supposed to arrive I wasn't feeling well and called to reschedule. "Manager " was absolutely argumentative, completely rude and then she cancelled job! When my husband called back he was also subjected to more rudeness and unprofessionalism. And then on top of it all.... The owner left husband an absolutely appalling message threatening to sue us if we left a bad review! ( which of course we have saved!) We have never encountered such a horrible experience with a company and it's our opinion that this business should not be in it!"

"Kevin from Quality Services & Repair was assigned to replace 3 windows in our home. The job required them to cut out a new window opening where an AC unit once sat. This took Kevin and his team longer than anticipated, but he did not complain once. On top of this, another window frame had significant rot when the old window was removed. Once again, they fixed the issue without any additional fees or complaints. Altogether, the job took much longer than anticipated, but they stayed until well after dark to complete the work. In the end, the windows look great, and we're thrilled with the work that was complete. One thing Kevin said that stuck with us, "I wouldn't do something in your home if I wouldn't do it in my own". They left the job as clean as it was when they came, and I thank them for the job well done!"
