"If I could give no stars,I would. Tech showed up for a condensate drain issue. He overcharged us to tell us our unit was old,and said we couldn't afford to get a new split system from his company. They charged my neighbor $1000 to tell her she needed an electrician. Long story short,I fixed mine and the neighbors! I consider these people the worst technicians I.have.ever.seen."
